In addition to brokerage services we provide marina consulting services for marinas to be built, expansion, pre-disposition, pre-acquisition, and buyer's due diligence services. 

At the helm of Maritime Real Estate Services, LLC (MRES) is Tom Duncan. Tom has been involved in commercial real estate brokerage for over 20 years, specializing in marine related properties for the past 12 years. He has performed market studies, feasibility studies, market surveys, operational analysis, and brokerage services for the marine industry in the states of New Jersey, New York, Maine, Virginia, North and South Carolina, Georgia, Florida, Louisiana, Alabama, California, Tennessee, Washington, Wisconsin, Minnesota, and Mexico.

Tom has a BS degree in marketing from Florida State University, is a licensed real estate broker in the State of Florida, and has experience operating two full-service marinas on Florida's East Coast, as operations manager. He has been directly involved in marine related property brokerage transactions of over $45 million representing both buyers and sellers. Tom has written numerous articles for marine trade publications and maintains active memberships in both the International Marina Institute (IMI) and Marina Operators Association of America (MOAA).
